Autumn Walk

Here at St.Marks Pre-school, we have been talking about the changes we have noticed in the weather and we have been exploring the changes in the environment. The children enjoyed taking part in our Autumn walk, collecting Autumn items for our tuff tray. We had so much fun throwing and feeling the crunchy leaves and collecting conkers from the conker tree. To carry on from this, we have used the conkers, the children collected, to promote positive behaviour and team work. We introduced our 'Team work jar', were the children will be rewarded when they do something good, such as helping their friends or work together to achieve something. They will be rewarded by adding a conker to the jar. Once the jar is full, the entire Pre-school will be rewarded!
